Shipping Info: I ship to all U.S. customers through USPS First Class Mail. It takes up to 3 days for me to process your order, and an additional 2-3 business days for delivery from Seattle Washington.

Shipping to Canada:
-Typically takes 2-3 weeks through USPS First Class International. There is no way to track international packages with this standard delivery. Sometimes customs may require you to pay tax on your purchase. If this happens, you will be contacted by your local post office, where you will need to pick up the package, and pay the tax. The tax is usually only 5% of your purchase price.

International Shipping:
- All orders are shipped internationally using USPS First Class International. There is no way to track international packages with this standard delivery. Packages outside the United States can take 2-6 weeks to arrive - mainly because of customs. Sometimes customs may require you to pay tax on your purchase. If this happens you will be contacted by your local post office, and you will need to pick up the package there, and pay the tax.

- Shipping insurance is included on all international orders, and is part of the shipping cost on Etsy. It is valid for 90 days. Please contact the shop if you have not received your order in 30 days.

-Upgrading orders to Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS and even Fedex is totally possible. These methods do provide a tracking service for international orders, but cost more. Feel free to contact the shop for these services // revised shipping prices. You must provide your phone number for tracking with these services.

Return Policy: If your item is defective, or you would like a different size, please return the item in its original (unworn) condition within 15 days of receipt and I’ll be happy to issue an exchange or refund. (Unfortunately shipping fees are non refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.) We suggest you ship all items through UPS or any other shipping methods with tracking capabilities. If you are using United States Postal Service, please get delivery confirmation. We can not be responsible for lost packages! Please use Etsy convo, or email us using the contact information above to arrange a return or refund.
