Delivery to Canada on the west coast is 8 business days, east coast Canada can take up to 2 weeks. All other International orders take 1-2 weeks through standard mail. If you do not purchase insurance, or select a shipment method with tracking during checkout, we are not responsible for the loss of your package. Do this at your own risk! Revival Ink not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
Since Revival Ink is a small business, we are not able to give cash refunds unless your item is damaged, and a replacement is not possible. We are happy to exchange your item for another size, style, or store credit. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards * Sale Items There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. To complete your return, we require a receipt (email is fine), or packing slip. Please include with returned item, and add a note indicating what item and size you’d like to exchange for, or if you would prefer store credit.
